It is used as a suppliment in the deficiency of Vitamin B12 in the body. It is used to treat megaloblastic anemia where deficiency of haemoglobin oocur. it is used in Peripheral neuropathy. Where Vitamin B12 is used as co-factor in the Myelin formation
